I've been training since I was 14 years old.
How long have you been coaching?
I have been an active coach since 2009.
What do you consider your biggest focus as a coach?
My biggest focus is building relationships with my clients, to maximize the trust they have in me and therefore the impact a collaborative effort can have on their goals.
What do you wish for every member in your gym?
I wish for everyone training and fitness longevity and optimal quality of life OUTSIDE the gym with a foundation built INSIDE the gym.
